Aunt Norma had good morals & value's that she lived by! Wilma says that John & I are alot like my Aunt Norma & Uncle Don in that way! She was very much against the way the world is today. People don't seem to know what honest to goodness love is anymore. We used to talk alot about the awful way that people talk and act in today's society. We agreed that it's not right and neither of us wanted any part of it. She & I both were totally against drinking because we were raised around it. It does nothing but cause people pain and problems. She made it very clear to her kid's & Grandkid's that she didn't want them drinking!People will use any excuse to justify it being ok. Aunt Norma & I both believed very strongly that parents are supposed to be their children's role model. Their supposed to set a good example for their kid's and do everything they can to dis-courage negative behavior. She loved everybody un-conditionally regardless of their life style's, but she sure didn't approve of it. Aunt Norma always looked for the good in everyone!
