"OUR SON" To my son Rex That new deck was like adream come true, and we owe it all to you! I could sit out there for hours, and look at my flower's. I enjoyed sitting out on the deck with family & friends! I always hated it when I had to go in. The last time Marge & Shirley saw out on the deck with me, we saw 3 Hummingbirds up in the tree! I loved to sit on the deck with your dad! We can't do that anymore, which makes me feel sad. Dreams do come true because of son's like you! You worked your fingers to the bone remodeling "OUR NEW HOME". Live life to it's fullest without a regret, remember the good times forgetting the sad. Please don't be sad that I had to go! Always remember that I loved you so. Did you see me at the church swinging the light? That was my sign that "I'M ALRIGHT"! Grandma Phillips told me to tell you she loved you like a rock! She's so glad you & Susie loved your clock! bryant was so special to me! He was as sweet as he could be. I'll never forget the day you were born! It made us jump for joy when they told us we'd had a "BOY". Please don't forget to check in on your dad! Cuz, if you don't it'll make him sad. I loved that mantle clock you got me for Christmas last year! It's sad I know, but I'll spending "MY CHRISTMAS" with Jesus this year. As the Hummingbird Hums and the sun shines, you'll always be "OUR REX", til the end of time! Now that it's all said and done, I want you to know we're SO PROUD you were "OUR SON". Love u, Mom & Dad xoxo 12-25-05 Poem by: Marge Hillgartner Norma Doyle's niece
